Orders

An item I want is sold out - when will it restock? 

Our pieces are restocked periodically in limited quantities. To be the first to know about restocks and new drops, subscribe to our emails and follow us on Instagram (@merakix3).

When will my order ship? 

All ready to ship items are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays or high-volume periods. Pre-order, custom, and made-to-order pieces have longer fulfilment times. Please refer to the product detail page for specific timelines. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

We're unable to cancel or modify orders once they've been placed. Please double-check your cart, size, and shipping details before completing checkout.

How do I know what size to order? 

Please review our size chart for specific measurements. If you need personalized help selecting your size, email us at nabmeraki@gmail.com and our team will assist you. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. 

My order says it's delivered, but I didn't receive anything. 

Once your package is marked as delivered, we are nor responsible for lost or stolen packages. We reccomend checking with neighbors, your local carrier, or the delivery service for further information and assistance. 

Will I have to pay customs or import duties? 

Customs & import duties are not included at checkout unless stated otherwise. You're responsible to pay for any applicable cutoms or import fees upon delivery. Failure to pay Delivred Duty Paid (DDP) charges may result in your order being returned to sender without refund. 

What should I know before placing a pre-order? 

Pre-orders reserve your item while it's still in production. These are made-to-order and produced in limited quantities. Estimated shipping windows are listed on the product page- please allow extra time and patience for fulfillment. Once shipped, you'll receieve a tracking number via the email used at checkout. If your address changes or you have any questions about your order, contact us at nabmeraki@gmail.com. Our pieces are always worth the wait. 

Returns

What is your return policy? 

For hygiene and sustainability reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds. In some cases, we will accommodate size exchanges if requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condtion. Customers are responsible for shipping and any related duries. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery including your order number and photos of the item.
