RETURNS:
Please note that all sales are final. We are more than happy to provide store credit towards future orders. We do not accept returns/ issue refunds unless your item(s) arrive damaged. In this unlikely event, please reach out to us at nabmeraki@gmail.com. Please be prepared to provide evidence of order damage (must be unworn).
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:
Merakix3 is not responsible for lost and/ or stolen packages. Be sure to ask any family, roomates, etc that you live with if they've seen your package. If you suspect your package has been stolen, please contact your carrier immediately and provide them with your tracking number.
U.S. SHIPPING:
Domestic orders, once shipped, arrive in 3-5 business days.
Ready to Ship Items: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and shipment. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided at checkout. Standard and Express Shipping is available at checkout.
Pre-Order Items: When purchasing a Pre-Order item, patience is a must. Meraki’s fabrics are very detailed and take time to be made. Pre-Order items ship at least 6 weeks after ordering. This is a rough estimate of the average wait time and may be longer depending on order volumes and uncontrollable circumstances. Pre-ordering an item is security that you’ll be able to own a limited edition Merakix3 piece, so it is always worth the wait. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Once an order is shipped, delivery typically takes 5-21 business days (location based). Rates for international shipping vary country to country and will be calculated at checkout.
The information above regarding ready to ship items vs pre order items applies to international shipping as well.
Regulations for import duties & taxes vary country to country.
SHIPPING ERRORS:
Merakix3 is not responsible for shipping errors made by USPS, DHL, or any other mail service providers.
INCORRECT ADDRESS PROVISION:
Merakix3 is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer at check out. Please check & double check that the shipping address you provide is indeed the correct address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/inadequate address, the customer will be responsible for an additional shipping charge to reship the order.
Need to change your shipping address?
In the event you need to update/change the shipping address for your order, please immediately email nabmeraki@gmail.com so that we can change it before your order is processed and shipped.
ITEM CARE:
To preserve the longevity of your piece(s), please delicately hand wash and hang to dry.

Please refer to our 'Meraki Size Guide' and if you still have questions don't hesitate reach out to us at nabmeraki@gmail.com for sizing inquires prior to purchasing.
COLOR/PRINT VARIATION:
Every piece is not identical, please note your piece may be slightly different due to patterned fabric variation. Also, colors may appear slightly different in person due to lighting variations.

Meraki's policies are subject to change without prior notice, any changes will be updated on our website. We encourage customers to review our policies prior to purchasing.
